ISAS has more than seven years experience in evaluation, research, trainings and academic programs. ISAS has also been providing consultation services to different organizations since its establishment. Beside this, ISAS has been conducting capacity building/strengthening programes to various organizations on Project Planning Management (PPM), Monitoring and Evaluation, Result Based Project Cycle Management, Summar School on Climate Change, Food Security and Intensive Course on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). More than one thousand five hundred participants have been graduated from such capacity building initiatives.
ISAS with its team has been actively engaging with research on various issues of development sectors and different project evaluations. ISAS has recently provided consultancy service to evaluate on 'A Collaborative Approach Promoting Child Rights, Non-discrimination and Child Participation Project' implemented by Save the Children and recently accomplished ( August- September 2016) research on ”Gender Based Violence Related to Child Protection” of World Vision International Nepal. ISAS also provided consultancy service to Tdh to evaluate Samrakshan (Protection of children in dangerous and exploitative child labour) project. Similarly, ISAS has provided consultancy service to Plan Nepal to Need Assessment and Baseline Study for Gender Based Violence & Discrimination (GBVD) in Bardiya District in 2017. ISAS also provided consultancy to Save the children for Final Evaluation of Integrated Project of Rolpa district in 2017. Similarly, Final Project Evaluation of Emergency Relief and Rehabilitation Support for Earthquake Affected Families of Dolakha and Sindhupalchowk Districts in Nepal
